It will not turn over when cranking it. Before dropping the fuel tank to replace the fuel pump I want to x out the fuel pump driver or control module. The problem I am having is, I cannot seem to figure out if this year has a fuel pump driver module and if so, is it located above the spare tire and if not where? It is an extended cab. The following troubleshooting I have tested or replaced:
Starter solenoid.
Fuel filter.
Fuel pump relay (both).
Not getting noise in the tank when putting the key on start position

Any help and troubleshooting I can do before I determine it is the fuel pump itself? I only say this because it was replaced three years ago and it has a fuel tank. :/

Many thanks!

Hopefully this will help to indicate the engine size.

Good afternoon.

There is no driver module on this model.

Two relays? There is only one fuel pump relay.

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view.

Verify power to the inertia switch with the key on. It will only be there for two seconds. Then when you crank it, there should be constant voltage.

Excellent! Thanks for the information. As I review the diagram, I understand what I need to troubleshoot. What I do not recognize is where to begin the search. Is this under the truck or under the hood?

The inertia switch should be at the right kick panel. Remove the panel. It should only be held by some clips. It will have a button on top.

Hello, again. Well I switched out the inertia switch and it turns out that it is the issue. The truck runs again.

Many thanks.
