Fuel pump does not have power or does not prime when key is turned on

The fuel pump relay is located in the central junction box of your vehicle. Unfortunately it is part of the central junction box and is not serviceable. I have included a wiring diagram of the fuel pump circuit, and a diagram of the central junction box complete with a callout and location diagram for you in the diagrams down below. Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out. We can provide more help if needed then.

Yes, thank you for the information you sent was very helpful.I took the central junction box out of my 2003 Ford F-250 And put it into my 2002 F250 And it had my fuel pump working properly I was just checking it To be sure that was the problem before I went and spent $500 on a part that I didn’t need.Now that I know I need the central junction box I now have another question for you the part number on my 2002 F250 is 2c7t-14a067-ap I am trying to find out if I can use any central junction box or if it has to be that exact number because through the research I have done I have found that 50% of the people say that it doesn’t matter And the other 50% say that it does matter so if you could please get back with me and let me know which central junction box I am able to use in what part numbers I am able to use thank you

Well, as you can see in the side by side comparisons from the two diagrams in the diagrams down below, both the 2002 and 2003 F250 Central Junction Boxes look identical. hey do differ by model number, the 2002 is 14A068 and the 2003 is 14A067, but I can't see any difference in the two. Please get back to us with what you are able to find out.
