Fuel pump wiring?

OK, if we run a hot wire to fuel pump it turns on. Someone suggested it could be the oil pressure sensor switch. What are your thoughts on that? Everything else has been replaced and a test light on all plugs and fuses shows juice.

The oil pressure switch is just a redundant power supply to the pump and it can only effect the circuit if it is shorted out. Unplugging it would quickly answer that question.

You didn't answer my question about how you are testing this. It only powers for 2 seconds when the key is turned on.

I am also having this problem. Sending unit has weak power which I suspect is normal. I am using a tester light. Could the oil pressure switch be the problem?

You can jump across the oil pressure sender to see if that is the problem. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on, that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
