Pump runs up to pressure stops will not start again until you turn it off and back on. Not enough fuel for it to run.

Do you know what the actual pressure is when you turn the key on? You said it runs up to pressure but I am just wondering what the actual PSI number is.
This sounds like a pump which is why we need to start with a pressure test if we have not done that.
Let me know what you find and we can go from there. Thanks

I have not done a pressure test yet. I replaced the fuel pump.

It sounds like the poster is saying the pump turns on to prime, then doesn't come back on when the engine is turning over to start? Is that correct? Does it act like it wants to start at all or nothing? If nothing, does it have a tachometer and is that moving while you are cranking the engine over?
