Front blower doesn't work, back works fine

I'm assuming it is the blower motor, as I have already inspected the fuses, however, I'm not sure where to look for the two different blower motors. (Or if you can suggest something else it may be, I'd appreciate it.) Where do I find the front blower motor, and how do I fix it?
Thank you!

In the engine compartment, on the passenger side firewall youll see the air box. Turn the switch to on and wiggle the wires. Rap on the back of the motor with something light like a screwdriver handle if it comes on the brushes are worn and it needs to be replaced. If it doesn't you need to determine if theres power. A 7 dollar test light will do it. Hook it to ground and turn on the fan. Unplug the fan and touch the end of the light to the red wire end inside the plug. Itll light up if theres power. If not touch the positive side of the battery to make sure the light works and is properly grounded. If so then hook the light to positive side of battery and check for ground on the black wire inside the plug. If yes then the motor is bad. If not then check fuses again with the light and with them in their place and power on. Again make sure that the light is properly connected on known good grounds and positives first. I don't show a fan relay for this van in my service info. So you can eliminate that.
