New to the forum! No clue what to do and where to begin. Lol

I have a 1999 Ford Windstar and am having trouble starting it up. Everything else seems to be on such as the radio, heat, the battery is fine. Thought it would be the battery but I have a brand new battery and I also tried boosting it and it is completely dead. And also the anti-theft light is blinking so I was thinking it might be that but I reallly need your help? What seems to be the problem?

I would think that the antitheft light is a big clue. Most sytems use a cutout switch that disables the starter. You need to disable the security system or have it repaired.
