I have a 1999 Ford Windstar and am having trouble starting it up...Everything else seems to be on such as the radio, heat, the battery is fine...thought it would be the battery but i have a brand new battery and i also tried boosting it and it is completely dead...and also the anti-theft light is blinking so i was thinking it might be that but i reallly need your help? What seems to be the problem?

I would think that the antitheft light is a big clue. Most sytems use a cutout switch that disables the starter. You need to disable the security system or have it repaired.

Good luck and let us know. :)
