1997 Ford Thunderbird V8 Automatic 140000 miles

I have 97 ford thunderbird and the steering after turn is hard and don't come back to the same place easy and when I step on the brick it will pull sometime to the right and sometime to the left.
We just change the control armes and power steering pump and the bricks but still it's the same can you please help me whit my problem

Has anyone checked the rack and pinion? It sounds like the bushings are bad on it.

Yes we have change the rack and every thing you think of but still when I turn I have to bring the steering wheel back my self

Yes it have been change all the ball joints, bushing, rack, control arm and the power steering pump

If everything has been replaced, something isn't put together correctly. Check to make sure nothing is rubbing and everything is tight.
