Ok before just replacing it lets check a few things. First I would like you to check some fuses. These fuses are all tied to the instrument cluster ok. I would like you to check the cluster fuse 5 amp and the run fuse also 5 amp. Let me know what you find and we will take it from there. Thanks.

Ok now you will have to remove the instrument cluster and do some ohms tests on it. Now first you will check the ohms between the gray wire with the black stripe and ground on the harness connected to the cluster if more the 5 ohms of resistance then good move on if less then repair wire. Now check resistance between black wire with yellow stripe and gound and then black wire with light blue stipe and ground if both are 5 ohms or less the wires are good. Now at the back of the cluster check continuity at the clips for the speedometer if all have continuity then the cluster is bad. Let me know what you find.
