where is the fuel pump shut off button located and what does it look like

The ones i've seen are in the trunk on drivers side metal support brace behind liner panel. In front of strut tower. On the backside of brace. Unbolts from frontside. You can access switch without taking off. I take it your fuel pump is not running? You can take plug off unit and test for 12v power.
