92 tempo - Start clicks but wont turn over.

I have a 92 tempo. When I turned the key and I can hear the Starter click but it wont turn over. I did have the alternater go out during the summer. I replaced the Alternater and the Battery so both are brand new (Relatively).

check for corrosion and loose connections, try jumping.
