Still overheating

Friend the only way I know of is to have it pulled back off and checked to another. If radiator is plugged why didn't it over heat before the pump was changed. It would have to be over 70% blocked not to cool water. I'am sorry i"m not convenced but also i"am not there to see it for myself. 8) NOS
