Will do. Was just wondering if y'all had any diagrams for it. Was wondering if I'd have to take off the whole front end just to get to it because when I looked at it yesterday I saw it from underneath by the front driver side fender could remove the plastic by the wheel well and the plastic bottom to get to it or just take the cowl off and the bumper

Hi:
When the horn isn't working, I need you to check to see if it's getting power. Have a helper push the horn while you check to see if power is making it to the horn.

Let me know what you find.

Joe

Lol it happens. Y'all get millions of questions to answer. My question was if I had to take the whole front end off to get to it or do what I think I'd be able to do and just take off the bottom plastic piece and the plastic wheel well

Just disconnect electrical and remove a single bolt. Maybe hook a test light up to the cut wire on harness side of horn circuit and press horn button and see if it lights up or go aftermarket no sense in removing if we havent tested it first. Horns rarely go bad(rarely but they do) id make sure the wiring is ok

I have the same car and problem and if its a constant sound and not like the alarm then its the leather over the horn switch, at night it cools and tightens up pressing the horn switch down. I pulled the fuse, other then that I guess you could get a new steering wheel.

Expose the dk blu wire that runs from the relay under the left side of the dash that runs to the bace of the steering column up to the horn switch. When the horn starts going off cut the wire and see if the horn stops. If yes then remove the horn pad and check the contacts. Dont forget to repair the cut wire

Did you use a voltage tester on the fuse circuit, to see if it is hot? Even if fuse is good, if no voltage, the circuit is dead. You could do some checking at the horn relay. The problem is usually the wiring circuit in the steering column, maybe you'll get lucky?

At the datalink connector, pin 16 is voltage, hot all the time, fuse 230--15amp. Pins 4 & 5 are grounds.
