2005 Ford Taurus something leaking, somewhere

front floor board, passenger side, under floor mat, you can visibly see water standing, the top of floor mat is not wet. I've been told that it is probably a clogged up line from ac, that instead of draining out on the ground it is coming back inside the car. How do I fix this or could there be something else? The ac works great? Temp avgerage lately 100 degrees and the ac will freeze you, but when I get home I always have to shop vac water out of floor board.
