Blower motor not blowing out of the vents?

2003 Ford Taurus V6 Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 108350 miles

My heat and A/C is not blowing out of the vents at all. I thought maybe it was a fuse. I't don't seem to be a fuse at all. What could be going on.

Possibly the switch, or the resistor, even the blower motor itself, if no speeds work. Locate the blower under the passenger side dash, unplug the connector, then use a voltmeter to see if there is power to the blower, if there is the blower is no good, if no power the switch or resistor.
