Tranny has to go back let them recheck it as for the heater yes you have a small black vacuum line that need to be checked for cracked of if off.

Here are two guides that can help us fix it

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/automatic-transmission-problems

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-service-an-automatic-transmission

Please run down these guides and report back.

Under the hood and to the right side
also check the vacuum reservoir behind the right front fender splash shield

Open the hood and check the vacuum lines
start engine, twist and turn vacuum hoses
you have a vacuum reservoir under the right tire splash shield
if you to remove the tire and the inner shield you should locate the box
with vacuum line make sure its not damaged or line off

let me know you finding and I will send you a copy to your email

The car was in an accident in October or so. A week later, the clutch on the ac was having problems, brought it back, also replace covered by the accident, apparently they missed that it was clipped too, all documented. Two to three weeks after being returned the the tranny went.
The original damage was to the upper right font under carriage etc. Have the paperwork all fixed at the dealer all covered.
She hit a large landscape rock pulling into a parking space here at home. I'm wondering if the original accident caused this vac line to be dislodged or whatever please send me you take on this much appreciated I have spent more money on this car tha it's worth but as you know replacing it is a costly nightmare for a basically decent car
reply to my e-mail please. Thanks again. Jim

Since the hit was on the right side and the vacuum reservoir on the right it is very possible that the body shop left the box disconnected or the box was damaged or removed
