Engine Cooling problem
2001 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The blower motor went out in the car, I will be replacing it, now there is a knocking noise under the dash and I can feel it under the floorboard on the drivers side, on the way home tonight the car started to get really hot, it didn't overheat but close, is this all related? or seperate problems? and how do I fix it?

I'm not sure if they are related. The blower motor is electrical and the overheating is a seperate system. I would start with a thermostat, make sure coolant is full... As far as the noise, check under the dash to see if it is a relay that is making the noise. That could be the problem with the blower motor.

Let me know what you find.
