1999 Ford Taurus Flashers come on when opening door

After changing the battery onxmas. Now every time I open the front passenger door or just leave the car alone, the flashers, dome light (startes flashing), and the door ajar light and alarm come on. It drains the battery if I don't run it every day.

Aftermarket alarm system activated
try and do this
disconnect the battery turn ignition key ON reconnect the battery
that should disarm the alarm
