I need to change the Timing Chain? Do you need to automatically get all new parts? Thanks

Hello,

The timing chain is not considered as a "wear item"/maintenance item. It does not need to be changed unless there is an issue with it.
Overtime the timing chain links can get loose and cause drivability issue.
You need to do a timing chain deflection test to see if it needs to be replaced.
The deflection test is basically the difference between two measurements.
If the vehicle fails the deflection test then the timing chain and sprocket needs to be replaced.

I have attached the timing chain deflection procedure as well as replacement guide for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
