The fuel rail has a valve stem on it you can depress with a screwdriver to check for gas but I am thinking your head gaskets may be blown. Check your oil for a chocolate milk color (coolant and oil mixture) the other way take 1 spark plug at a time try to start the car and see if any water sprays out. If it does your gasket is blown. If you want to try to start the car if that is the case disconnect your upper radiator hose remove spark plugs crank the car untl water stops spitting out then replace spark plugs and start the car. As soon as you reconnect your upper hose and refill with coolant you will notice the car dies again (flooding cumbustion chamber) DO NOT OPPERATE VEHICLE with a blown head gasket you will warp or crack the heads and possibly the block
