the car ran hot and blew the head gaskets had head reworked and replaced them. Car will turn over but will not fire of unless I pour gas directly in to throttle body it run for a monent then dies. Pushed on the shrader vavle on fuel rail. Some gas pressure not much. Should I have more pressure on fuel rail and how much? And how much cylinder pressure should I have?

The fuel pressure should be between 30 PSI and 45 PSI. If you don't have at least 30 PSI it won't run.

Compression should not be below 100 PSI with the lowest not being less than 75% of the highest.
