Engine Mechanical problem
1991 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

symptoms are very hard to get started but will run after it does get started, idle seems very low at start up, water in exaust system(lots) whitesmoke from exaust as well motor seems to get extremely hot, yet temp. Gauge registers 1/2 way sparkplugs all indicate normal except #2 seemed to be wet (not oil but water) no sighns of cracks on distributorcap or rotorbutton. Seems to want to stall at stops. Seems to have circulation throughout the radiator but I hear a squel only after engine is hot. Also seems to sound like its boilingover in the fluid reserve bottle. I do know that im possibly looking towards a blow headgasket im just wondering if a cylinder or even a valve might be bad.

Sounds more like a blown headgasket if not could be a cracked head or block and intake manifold leak-block and pressure test it
