Fuse blows and engine goes off?

I have a trouble with a yellow 20 amp fuse in the hood fuse box. It blow alone and engine goes off. I dont have any manual to see what for is the fuse and where the problem comes from. Can you please tell me what is this about and how can I fix it? I will appreciate your help. Thank you very much.

Sure, this can happen when a fuel injector or ignition coil shorts out and blows the fuse to the PCM. Here is a guide that will help you see what I am talking about
