Hi there,
If every thing has been put back togeather as it should, the problem is air in the system. Now Clutch master cyl don't have a foot valve, so you can't pump up pressure like the brakes. Fill the system with brake fluid and have a friend help you bleed the system. Hold the pedal down, open the bleeded untill no more bubbles or air is expelled ( will only take a few seconds) and close bleeded Lift pedal and wait a few seconds so the pistin can retract and press down again, open bleeded and clear system, always make sure that the bleeder is closed before lifting pedal, as this will allow air back into the system, keep fluid topped up so air will not be drawn into system from master cyl and you should have a firm pedal in on time.
