1997 Ford Ranger Hard starting

My truck has recently been acting funny, and hard to start. It reminds me of a vehicle that is out of gas. But with a full tank. Sometime, pressing the accelerator helps. Usually, this problem occurs after it sits for few hours, but once yesterday it only sat for 10 minutes and acted up. Ideas?

Do you have a check engine light and when was the last major tune-up?

Check the fuel pressure might not be within specifications and then comeback.

The spark plugs and wire were changed in Jan, and the check engine light is not on. I don't have access to anything to check fuel pressure.
