No spark?

I have a 92 ford ranger I rebuilt the motor it was bored 20 over put it back together, the rings didn't set so I had to redo the rings. When I put the motor back in it started twice and now it will not start. The exhaust side is firing but the intake want. Thought the coil pack on intake side maybe bad, so I swapped them out and still not fireing.I haven't the slightest clue of what is going on with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
