No spark from distributor cap to plugs.

Ford probe 1996 2.0, I have spark form the coil to the dist. Cap but no spark from the cap to the plugs, could this be the ignition control module?

Have you checked inside the distributor cap at the rotor and all the points that it makes contact to the cap? Make sure they are clean and getting a good connection then let us know.
