1997 Lincoln Continental indicates check ride control. The rear of the car passenger side is noticeably now lower then the driver side. What should I expect to repair this problem?

Big Bucks if you have to replace a computer controlled strut. That's if the part is available yet. Ford stopped making replacement parts for some of these systems, depends on the age. Napa, however has a standard strut/shock system that replaces the whole ride control system.I've sold several, and the feedback I get is that you can't tell the differance in the ride. O the other hand, it could be as simple as a broken line

Sounds like you have an air bag that has a hole in it.

I found a site that has very cheap air suspension parts, and hard to find parts. A liftime warranty air bag was only 79.00.

I will post in the morning the site. All the info is at my house right now.
