2000 Other Ford Models VIBRATION

I have got bad vibration in the front end. I have replaced the following, brakes,rotors, calipers, tires, and had the car aligned. The faster the acceleration the worse the vibration becomes. Would this be a motor mount. Also, the transmission cluncks when being put into gear????

What model Ford is it? It sounds like u-joints on the rear driveshaft, but if its a car it's different.
