If this still has points the timing is 6 degrees BTDC. But have the vacuum line disconnected. BUT if this has points, very carefully check the breaker plate and vacuum motor for rust and wear at the pivot point. They had a habit of wearing out the breaker plate pivot and the vacuum motor pin/ pinhole. It would effect your driving during acceleration under load or empty.
