The clutch on my ac finally went. Dust from the pulley everywhere and will not spin to let the engine start. And at this point even if it did turn over I wouldnt wanna drive it and have it snap belt while moving. Whats the easiest way to unplug the ac and bypass it so I can get to work until I have the money for new compressor?

If its driven by its own belt remove it or cut it off, now if the belt drives other components get a belt that don't come with AC unit-

It is a serp belt. I would like to be able to bypass it for now and one day when money allows get new ac compressor
budget doesn't allow that right now. But I cant have both cars dead. The other car popped its timing chain which is a much more expensive fix
