So I'm driving home today and the car loses its momentum. I'm pushing the gas pedal and still slow going. After it gets going a little bit, it's ok. Start to climb small hill and hardly any power no matter how far I press the gas pedal. I nurse it home going slow. Like it's stuck in high gear, vapor lock, something. Any ideas?

If the engine reves high and car dont move get the tranny checked or oil level on trans. Also get the catalic converters checked at muffler shop possibly clogged. Also can be dirty throtle body and bad egr.
