1999 Ford Mustang Stalls while stopping

So my car stalls sometimes while im stopping and when i start it the rpms jump up and down not to mention if i turn the air on it drops my rpms almost enough to stalll it. can anyone can i help

Try cleaning the Idle Air Control Motor. Also clean out around the butterfly in the throttle bore with carb cleaner and a rag. This should help stabilize the idle. If not you may need a new IAC
