1997 Ford Fairlane car wont start

HI my son was driving the other day and it just stopped lost power.Engine sounds like it wants to start but wont kick over.Power windows wont go up,checked all fuses changed spark plugs and leads.Also a new distributor cap and rotor button.

gt the battery checked first, you need to charge it then take it to a an auto parts store they can check it. Then look under the hood at eitehr the starter or relay and see if you can see some fusible links. they are small wires connected to larger wires. one may be burnt up......
