2002 Ford F350 Key Fob stopped working, Dorr locks do not w

I saw a similar problem with another F350 My problem is My door ajar light is lit, key fob does not work, door locks do not work, my stereo stays on until I turn it off even with the ignition key removed and the door open. I also have a relay clicking below my dash. Can you help me figure out what my problem is. I just replaced a tranny and I am out of $$$.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting your battery. I had the same problem with our 2002 Ford F350.
