I dont no what it is but my truck has no power anymore, it wont go up hills and it has a hard time just going. I dont no if it is my injectors or my fuel pump. It does not smoke, but it does shake. When I toke out the fuel filter it seem to work some what better, can you help me?

On a 7.3 diesel there are so many things that could be from low fuel pressure, low oil pressure and faulty turbo some failed injectors is the check engine light on now. Make sure you put the fuel filter back in that will cause bigger problems
