Ford f250 crew cab diesel 2005 68K. The truck has a headlight out on the right side but only on the low beam. I have checked the fuse and bulb. Some one said it could be a relay. Where is the relay located for the low beam right side? If not a relay problem is it maybe a short in the wire or what else?

If the relay were bad, both would be out. It's either the bulb or the ground, try swapping the one that works into that socket as a test! If you have a test light unplug the pigtail from the bulb, turn lights on and test the colored wires, 1 is high the other is low, black is ground.

Are they grounded separately or do they share a common ground? If I have to pull a new wire I figure to come off the rely and if so where in the H@!# Is it located.

If it's a bad ground, you can re ground them seperatly.
