2006 Ford F250 window motor

drivers power window won't go up, I unbolted motor and pushed window button, motor made whining noise but i could see that gear was'nt moving. Does this mean the motor is bad?

First of all thank you so much for your donation.It sound's like a bad motor i just want to make sure it's the motor.So let's do this take a volt meter and make sure you have battery voltage to the motor when you push the window switch.If you do bad motor.
