How do i grease the ball joints on my 2004 F150?

are these sealed ball joints from the factory or do they have grease fittings? the factory sealed ones dont have grease fittings but there is a attachment for your grease gun that has a needle on it and you have to puncture the boot with the needle to get grease in them but it sure beats premature failure which is usually what happens when the grease dries up.
