2003 Ford F-150 Ford shakes

I have been having this problem for a couple months now and I can't take the truck to a dealership without them charging me just to tell me what is wrong.I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they think the problem might be and how much they think it would cost to have it fixed.
The truck only shakes when I am trying to start it. During the embarrassing shaking it takes a while to turn over. Other than this issue the truck runs fine. No other issues.

Does it only happen when the starter is engaged or right after the truck starts?

If the starter sounds normal (other than the shaking) check to make sure it is tight. Also, check motor mounts and trans mounts to make sure nothing is broken. The only thing I can figure is something is loose.

Let me know what you find.
