2003 Ford F-150 dorr panel removal

I need to replace the speaker in the front door panel of my supercrew and I can't figure out the mechanics of removing the door panel. I have removed the 2 screws from the bottom of the door, but now I meet some resistance. Don't know if i'll break something if I force it. Could you please advise on what I need to do to get it done, thanks

Make sure you have located and removed all screws
you have to push up and then pull out
