Very soon after have my clutch replaced my Truck started to shake really badly when I take, more often when the truck is warm. The clutch was replaced under warrnty and the fly wheel was machinded. Within a few days it was shaking very badly again. I do tow a camper trailer on weekends in the summer. The thing is it does not happen every time but it is getting worse and no one seems to be able to tell me why, it did not do this before the clutch was replaced.

That sounds like a material mating issue between the flywheel and the clutch disk. How long ago was this? Your truck is a 2000 with over 200k on it, it has been out of warranty for a long time

It has been 6 months or so since the clutch was first replaced. 2 months after the clutch was first replaced it was relpaced again (under the cluth warrenty). It was good for about a mounth and the shaking started again. And just last week it was all pulled apart again, and the fly wheel was machined.

Your flywheel may bee too thin from the machining, which can cause it to get hotter which can cause what you describe. If they didnt replace the disc/pressure plate last time(when they machined flywheel) it may be part of the problem too. Be sure the mounts arent torn up from this problem, it is very hard on motor/trans mounts
