I turn the power on and I went to the fuel pump, to check the power and found no power to the wires. The fuse is good and the relay is good too. And check the safey switch to and is good too.

Did you have a helper turn the key while you checked?

I turn on the key and I check the power on the fuel shut-off switch. And I found no power to the switch

Check the EEC relay in the power distribution box under the hood. Switch it out with another relay with the same part number to see if that changes anything.

Let me know.

You are going to have to trace the wiring to determine where the power is lost. If you have it at the relay, the EEC is good, and not at the fuel shut down, the only thing I can think of is a bad ASD or broken wire.
