When I depress the Drivers Side window, I can hear a relay click somewher in the dashboard. Driver's side works fine. The passenger side does not go down, and I do not hear a relay click. Can you start me in the right direction on how to trouble shoot to find the problem? I have seen some bloggers talk about similar problems and having to check a code on the PCM. As my daugter would say, what's up with that?

I agree with your daughter. Considering the PCM doesn't control the power windows, I'm not sure what they were talking about.

The first thing I need you to check is if the motor in the door is getting power. Remove the door panel. You will see two wires going to the motor. Disconnect them and check (using a test light or volt meter) if there is power to either wire.

How this works is the ground is through the motor being mounted to the door. Power is supplied through one wire to make the motor run one direction (up or down), and then the polarity is switched and power goes through the other wire to do the opposite.

Check that and let me know what you find.
