I am having problems with my AC in that it fluctuates when I hit a speed bump and it is not cool until I hit another bump; it's almost as if the compressor stops working when running over objects.
Any help would be great - thanks!

When this happens and it isn't working correctly, I need you listen to see if the AC compressor clutch is cycling on and off for about 15 second.

Let me know what you find.

No Sir, the compressor is not cycling at all. Seems like the whole ac system is dead. No blower, no compressor, nothing.

By the way, this is a 4.6 engine.

God Bless You and hope that you are having a nice day.

The blower motor shuts off too? Have you checked to make sure the wire going to the AC clutch is tight? Also, if the blower motor is going off at the same time, have you checked the wiring behind the dash to the blower motor switch, ac button?

Good afternoon -

I have been trying to isolate the ac relay in the power control box, but I have not found which one of the relays in the box is the one for the ac. So I can't troubleshoot the power supply because I need to isolate that relay to test it. The owners manual doesn't show me which one it is and I bought a repair manual and that manual doesn't tell me which one it is either. So I am stuck in guessing which one of the relays is the right one.

Thoughts?

It should list everything on the lid of the power distribution box.

Morning -
On the lid the only thing that is there is the factory outline of the amps of each fuse or relay. There is no labeling of what feeds what. There is where I am having problems trying to identify which one powers up my ac.
God Bless You and have a nice day.
