I recently replaced the blower motor and blower motor resistor in my F150 to get the heater working, but it still doesn't blow hot air until I actually start driving. I can let it idle for half an hour and it will still be blowing cold air, but once I start moving, it finally starts blowing hot air.

What's the temperature of the actual engine coolant? That's what the heater uses to provide the hot air. Your thermostat may be stuck open.

You may want to check your coolant level. If it's low, the water pump can't push it into the heater core unless the engine is turning faster than an idle.
Good luck.
