1996 Ford F150 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

after first start up. The next start up, the engine act's like it's starving for fule. With a slow idle and no responce to the throttle. After a short time I get responce to thottle, but still run's rough. Did full tune up a year ago, replaced fule filter again a month ago. Thinking fule position.

How does the fuel system maintain its pressure after shut off/ it stay high or drops instantly?

You will need to use a fuel pressure check guage and attatch it to your fuel rail on the schreader valve.
