1993 Ford F-150 Starting in cold or damp weather

Truck wont start in cold or damp weather with out pluging it in even if temp is in the - 10 c what could be the promblem

Check your distributor cap for cracks or carbon build up and moisture on a damp day.

For the cold start I belive you have a separate problem. A bad Coolant temp sensor or a dirty throttle body and plate can cause a hard cold start.
