It depends which axle setup you have. These are the options:
dana 44IFS, dana 44IFS-hd, dana 50IFS
remove the calipers and the hub/rotor assemblies. Remove the nuts holding the spindle to the steering knuckle. Tap the spindle with a plastic mallet to remove it from the knuckle. Remove the splash shield. On the left pull the shaft from the carrier through the knuckle. On the right remove and discard the clamp from shaft & joint assembly and stub shaft. Slide the rubber boot onto the shaft & pull the shaft & joint assembly from the splines of the stub shaft. Place the spindle in a vise on the second step of the spindle. Use a slide hammer and bearing puller to remove the bearing.

The other option is the dana 60 monobeam.
Remove caliper. Remove free running hub. Remove front wheel bearing. Remove hub/rotor assembly. Remove spindle to knuckle bolts and tap the spindle out. Remove splash shield and caliper support. Pull the axle shaft out through the knuckle. Using a slide hammer and bearing cup puller, remove the needle bearing from the spindle. Clean and inspect the spindle bore thoroughly. Good luck!

I don't know what you have there, obviously. If you've followed the directions all the way through, then try prying the shaft out with a pry bar.

I have even went ot the extent of placing a cahin around it and pulling with another truck and still will not move. Prybars "broke 2" and I guess ill have to rent a slide hammer. As for the diff im not sure what it is but do know that the front cover is part of the housing or CVU guards what ever you want to call it. I called a guy and he said there was a C-clip or something holding it but when I removed the one im putting in the truck now from the junk yard it just pulled right out?

The picture I have shows a c-clip on the right hand axle at the transfer case. I can't tell if it's inside or outside the case. If there's a c-clip you'll never get it out. If you don't see a clip outside it must be inside, like a rear diff. Let me know
