Does a 1998 ford explorer xlt have cv joints? It has 145000 miles and a v6 engine. it is not 4wheel drive. What is the approximate cost of replacing the cv and ball joints

No CV joints.

Expensive, but common and necessary on the ball joints. Call around for a price unless your going to bring it to niagara falls to have the work done. Keep in mind best price does not equal best interest.
