My front tires are extremely loud when I take off. When I stop the sound stops, but continues when I start moving. I ran my hands on the tires when I got home and noticed that the front inside tread of the tires was uneven and not smooth. What could be causing the tires to wear like this?

you may have front end wear have the alignment checked.have tires balanced.
if you want to get rid of that tire noise you'll need to purchase new tires.
